Conditions We Treat

The complex cases other clinics refer out.

If you've been told your arteries are too blocked, too calcified, or too risky for stents — this is exactly the work we do every week.

01

Coronary artery disease

Symptomatic narrowing of the heart's arteries causing angina, breathlessness or fatigue. We assess whether PCI, medical therapy or surgery offers the best outcome for you.

02

Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO)

A coronary artery that has been 100% blocked for months or years. Often dismissed as untreatable — most can be reopened by experienced CTO operators.

03

Calcified and complex lesions

Heavily calcified arteries where standard balloons and stents fail. We use shockwave lithotripsy and rotational atherectomy to prepare the vessel properly.

04

In-stent restenosis

Re-narrowing inside a previously placed stent. We use imaging-guided strategies to understand the cause and deliver a durable solution.

05

Previously failed PCI

A previous attempt to open the artery was unsuccessful. With advanced wires, microcatheters and hybrid algorithms, success is often possible on a second attempt.

06

Turned down for PCI elsewhere

If you've been told you need bypass surgery — or that nothing can be done — we welcome the chance to review your angiogram and give an honest second opinion.

Unsure if your condition is treatable?

Send us your imaging. We'll tell you honestly whether complex PCI is a realistic option.
